Justin Taylor
Justin Taylor is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 25 years of industry experience specializing in marine and industrial accounts. His insurance career began in 1998 with one of the largest self-insured retention carriers in Louisiana, where he gained experience across claims, underwriting, loss prevention, engineering and surveys.
After returning to his hometown of Fairhope, Alabama, Justin spent 18 years as Vice President and Producer at an independent insurance agency, developing extensive experience with complex commercial accounts and large-scale marine and industrial risks.
In 2023, Justin founded Tidewater Insurance Agency with a vision of combining deep industry knowledge with responsive, client-focused service. As President, he leads the agency and its team in developing insurance programs designed to protect client operations and support their long-term success.
Justin is a 1997 graduate of Spring Hill College. He lives in Fairhope with his wife, Susan, and their two daughters. Outside of the office, he enjoys sports, spending time outdoors and time with his family.
Harper Kranz
Harper Kranz serves as Vice President of Tidewater Insurance Agency, LLC, bringing more than 16 years of comprehensive insurance industry experience to the agency. He is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance.
Throughout his career, Harper has focused on client-centered insurance solutions and long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness and personal service. His insurance experience and risk management background support Tidewater's work with both specialized commercial risks and personal insurance needs.
As Vice President, Harper supports key business functions, insurance solution development, client engagement, team development and the agency's continued growth and long-term vision.
Harper lives in Fairhope with his wife, Amy, and their son, Armistead. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
